This inauguration of Saigon Marina IFC marks a significant milestone in Vietnam’s journey towards its 80th National Day, celebrating the country’s progress as the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2/9/1945 – 2/9/2025). It also signifies the beginning of the development of Ho Chi Minh City’s International Financial Center.

The Saigon Marina IFC tower stands tall with 55 floors above ground and 5 basement levels, boasting a total floor area of over 106,000 square meters. Approximately 87,000 square meters of this space is dedicated to premium Grade A offices, while the remaining area accommodates a vibrant mix of commercial centers, restaurants, meeting rooms, and state-of-the-art amenities. Ranking among the tallest towers in Vietnam, Saigon Marina IFC is designed to LEED Gold standards, incorporating energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions, with over 30% of its area allocated for green spaces.

The architectural highlight of the tower is its full-height LED system, capable of displaying captivating light shows, coupled with a modern musical water square, transforming Saigon Marina IFC into a shining beacon of urban economic development.

Saigon Marina IFC is a pioneer in Vietnam in adopting the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model, offering direct access to Ba Son Station on Metro Line 1. Basement level B2 of the tower is seamlessly connected to the underground Ba Son Station, and the tower’s premises also house entrances 4 and 5 of Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien), providing convenient, modern, and time-efficient transportation options.

Strategically located and well-connected, Saigon Marina IFC has become a hub for multinational corporations, financial institutions, premium Grade A+ offices, international convention centers, consulates, and a range of high-end amenities. Developed and operated by Keppel Group (Singapore), the tower fosters a dynamic financial and commercial ecosystem right in the heart of the city.

In line with Resolution 222/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly, the establishment of Ho Chi Minh City’s International Financial Center is a long-term strategic orientation, aiming to position the city as a hub for capital and financial activities in the region. Saigon Marina IFC is the first project to embark on this journey, providing world-class infrastructure for financial organizations, businesses, and global investors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc emphasized, “Saigon Marina IFC marks the beginning of our journey towards establishing Ho Chi Minh City’s International Financial Center, a new driving force for Vietnam’s economy, propelling the country’s growth and deeper integration with the international community.”
