In May 2025, Agribank announced its collaboration with Napas and the Research and Application Center for Population Data and Civil Status (RAR) to implement social welfare services for Agribank payment accounts.

According to the bank’s instructions, to register to receive welfare benefits through the VNeID electronic identification application, customers are kindly requested to follow these steps:

For customers with an existing Agribank account and the VNeID app installed:

– Step 1: Log in to the VNeID application; select the “Social Welfare” service and choose “Welfare Account.”

– Step 2: Select Agribank as the bank to receive welfare benefits.

– Step 3: Enter the linking information, including:

+ Agribank payment account number.

+ ID card number (if available)

– Step 4: The VNeID app will display the result.

For customers with VNeID but without an Agribank account:

– Step 1: Download the Agribank Plus app and choose “Open an account/Register for Agribank Plus. For detailed instructions, click here

– Step 2: After opening an account, please follow the instructions provided for customers with an Agribank account to link your welfare account.
