In related news, on August 27, Tracodi (HoSE: TCD) announced the receipt of a resignation letter from Mr. Pham Huu Quoc, a member of the Board of Directors, due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors assured that Mr. Quoc’s departure would not affect the required number of Board members and that a proposal for his dismissal would be presented at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders. Notably, Mr. Quoc had only been elected to the Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term since July 1, 2025, just shy of two months ago.

On the same day, Tracodi appointed Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh as Deputy General Director in charge of Construction, effective September 1, 2025, for a term of one year.

The simultaneous surge in stocks associated with the Bamboo Capital Group indicates a resurgence of speculative capital flowing back into this group, despite ongoing concerns about information transparency and the progress of shareholder meetings. Should the high trading volume persist, this group of stocks could remain a focal point for investors in the short term.
