It is known that the new subsidiary has a similar name to the PDR‘s high-rise complex housing project, Thuan An 1&2, in Thuan An city, Binh Duong province (formerly). The project has a total area of more than 44,677m2, of which Thuan An 1 accounts for nearly 18,147m2, including 39 floors and 3-4 basements, with nearly 2,700 apartments and shophouses.

Thuan An 1 Project Perspective

According to the website announcement, PDR has completed its financial obligations for the Thuan An 1 project at the end of April 2025, and was granted two land-use certificates by the Binh Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment on May 9. PDR expects that the launch of this project will significantly contribute to the company’s cash flow and revenue in 2025.

In the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2025, PDR recorded production and business expenses in progress at Thuan An 1&2 project of over VND 3,100 billion, up more than 17% compared to the beginning of the year.
