The Phu Lam Social Housing Project, developed by Hai Phat Investment JSC, is constructed on a land area of over 45,100 m2, utilizing direct investment capital from non-state budget sources.

The project comprises five high-rise buildings from CT01 to CT05, each with 18 floors and one basement. The first floor accommodates commercial and community services, while the second to eighteenth floors are designated for residential apartments. The basement serves as a parking lot and houses technical facilities, and the tum (19th) floor is allocated for technical rooms and stairwells.

In total, the project offers 1,902 apartments, including 1,126 social housing units for sale, 408 for rent, and 368 commercial units.

This second phase involves the sale of 128 social housing apartments after five years of rental.

Earlier this year, the project converted 408 rental apartments for sale at VND 13.6 million/m2 after five years of rental. However, due to a limited number of purchasers, Hanoi has decided to proceed with the second sale.
