According to preliminary verification results, the owner of the counterfeit beer production facility is Mr. Trần Mạnh T, residing in Hiệp Hòa commune, Bắc Ninh province. The facility has been producing draft beer with counterfeit labels of ID beer, manufactured by Habeco-ID (Phố Nối A Industrial Zone, Hưng Yên), and Hanoi draft beer, produced by Habeco (Hanoi Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Joint Stock Corporation).
Previously, the Bắc Ninh Provincial Police’s Economic Crime Division, in collaboration with Hiệp Hòa Commune Police and the Bắc Ninh Market Management Department, conducted an inspection of legal compliance in production and business activities at Mr. T’s establishment.

During the inspection, authorities discovered evidence of counterfeit labeling on beer products. Seized items included: 41 kegs of sealed finished beer, 50 unsealed kegs, 105 keg shells, 1,050 metal caps, 1,700 red plastic caps, and various label printing tools and capping equipment.
The case has been transferred to the Bắc Ninh Provincial Police Investigation Agency for further investigation and handling in accordance with the law.
