The investment in the BM Windows Chau Duc factory exemplifies a strategic mindset rooted in production, technology, and human capital. This approach ensures the ecosystem’s growth not only in scale but also in sustainable value depth.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, Founder and Chairman of the ecosystem, delivers a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony of the BM Windows Chau Duc factory.

BM Windows, a member of the construction ecosystem founded by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, has commenced construction on a 100,000m² aluminum and glass façade factory in the Chau Duc Industrial Park (Ho Chi Minh City expansion area). This facility, the largest in the company’s history, marks a strategic move to expand production capacity and strengthen the ecosystem’s comprehensive value chain.

The BM Windows Chau Duc factory is three times the size of the company’s existing plants, equipped with automated production lines and quality management systems comparable to leading global façade manufacturers. With a designed capacity of approximately 2 million m² of products annually, the factory is strategically located in the planned area of the expanded Ho Chi Minh City region (formerly Ba Ria – Vung Tau). This location is part of the supporting industrial chain connecting the Southern Key Economic Region, facilitating logistics and export activities.

Phase 1 of the factory is expected to commence operations in Q2/2026. Upon completion, the new factory, along with existing facilities in Binh Duong and Hanoi, will form a strategic production cluster. This will solidify BM Windows’ position in the domestic market and expand its export reach to Australia, North America, and Europe—regions with the most stringent technical and certification requirements globally.

The BM Windows Chau Duc factory is a flagship facility, three times larger than the company’s existing plants.

The BM Windows Chau Duc factory project is part of the expanded investment strategy of the construction ecosystem founded by Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, which includes companies such as DB, Newtecons, Ricons, SOL E&C, BM Windows, and Boho. This ecosystem covers the entire construction value chain, from design and general contracting to material production and high-end interior finishing, creating a synergistic model that optimizes costs and enhances competitiveness.

Within this ecosystem, BM Windows plays a pivotal role in producing aluminum and glass façade materials, directly contributing to the ecosystem’s supply capabilities. The investment in the new factory aims not only to increase capacity but also to standardize production processes to international standards, targeting sustainable exports and the development of high-quality aluminum and glass products.

Phase 1 of the factory is scheduled to begin operations in Q2/2026.

In recent years, BM Windows has been one of the few Vietnamese companies in the façade industry to venture into international markets. The company has participated in numerous projects with complex technical requirements, such as The One Toronto (Canada’s first supertall tower), 55 Pitt Street (Sydney), Marriott Courtyard (Turtle Bay, Hawaii), and Taipei Twins (Taiwan).

Domestically, BM Windows has completed over 650 major projects across Vietnam, including The Marc HN, The Parc HN, Lumi HN, K8HH1&2, Times Square Da Nang, Marina Central Tower, Hilton Saigon, The Rivus, The Global City, The Nexus, and the Long Thanh International Airport—a key national infrastructure project.

Analysts suggest that BM Windows’ significant investment in production infrastructure reflects the ecosystem’s strategy to strengthen its value chain under Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong’s leadership. This move also positions Vietnamese enterprises within the global façade supply chain, a sector traditionally dominated by European, North American, and South Korean contractors.

The groundbreaking of the Chau Duc factory is seen as a significant step in Vietnam’s integration process, emphasizing self-reliance in high-value production, design, and exports. This aligns with the current trends in the construction and materials industry.
