Tran Thi Quynh Ngoc

Born in 1990, Tran Thi Quynh Ngoc is the daughter of the late entrepreneur Tran Van Cuong and the current Chairwoman of Nam Cuong Group, Le Thi Thuy Nga. She spent 8 years studying Economic Geography in the UK. At just 20 years old, she served as Vice Chairwoman of Nam Cuong Group’s Board of Directors.

Nam Cuong Group Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Xuan Thuy Transport Service – Agricultural Materials and Construction Cooperative, was established in 1984. In the early 2000s, leveraging the BOT policy, the late Chairman Tran Van Cuong became one of the few developers in the North to pioneer real estate projects in Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Hanoi, and former Ha Tay.

The company officially transitioned into a corporate structure in December 2007, operating as Nam Cuong Group LLC. By August 2009, it was equitized and renamed Nam Cuong Group Joint Stock Company, as it is known today.

Nguyen Bao Uyen

Nguyen Bao Uyen (born in 1992), daughter of entrepreneur Nguyen Van De (commonly known as “Bau De”), serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Hop Luc General Corporation and CEO of Hop Luc Healthcare System.

After studying abroad, Uyen returned to Vietnam and began her career at Hop Luc, taking on managerial roles and gradually assuming responsibilities within the family business.

Trinh Thi Mai Anh

Trinh Thi Mai Anh (born in 1992) is the daughter of Trinh Van Tuan, Chairman of OCB’s Board of Directors, and Cao Thi Que Anh. She is the only female member of OCB’s Board of Directors and one of the few Gen Z individuals serving on the board of a Vietnamese bank.

Mai Anh boasts an impressive profile, having studied abroad in the UK and gained extensive experience in finance and banking. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her professional journey includes roles at HSBC London, Vietnam International Securities JSC, VinaCapital, and Temasek Singapore.

In June 2020, she was elected to OCB’s Board of Directors for the 2020-2025 term. Currently, she holds 45.31 million OCB shares, representing 1.84% of the bank’s charter capital.

Alongside her siblings, Trinh Thi Mai Anh is expected to become a key successor in entrepreneur Trinh Van Tuan’s business legacy.

Dang Nguyen Quynh Anh

Dang Nguyen Quynh Anh (born in 1996) is the eldest daughter of Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (USA) with a degree in Economics. Before returning to Vietnam, Quynh Anh worked as a data analyst for an international company for two years.

In 2014, she held the title of “the wealthiest Gen Z individual on Vietnam’s stock market,” gaining attention for purchasing 10 million KBC shares after a lengthy transaction process.

At the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting, Quynh Anh was elected to Kinh Bac’s Board of Directors for the 2022-2027 term.

Quynh Anh is a founding shareholder and holds 60% of the charter capital of Long An Housing Investment and Development JSC, established on February 28, 2024, specializing in real estate and social housing projects in Long An.

Nguyen Thao Tien

Nguyen Thao Tien (born in 1997) is the daughter of entrepreneur Johnathan Hanh Nguyen and actress Le Hong Thuy Tien. She studied at RMIT University in Ho Chi Minh City and earned a master’s degree in Aviation Management from the University of London.

Tien serves as Deputy General Director of luxury fashion development at the corporation and is also Director of Duy Anh Fashion and Cosmetics LLC (DAFC).

Tien Nguyen and her brother Phillip Nguyen were honored as Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Ho Chi Minh City in 2020.

Nguyen Ngoc My Anh

Nguyen Ngoc My Anh (born in 2001) is the eldest daughter of Nguyen Duc Thuy, Chairman of LPBank. In 2013, she moved to the US for studies and permanent residence. Notably, in 2016, she received a commendation from former President Barack Obama for academic excellence at Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, the same school attended by Bill Gates’ daughter.

My Anh is currently the youngest chairperson of a Vietnamese football club, leading Ninh Binh FC.
