Accordingly, the price of E5RON92 gasoline has decreased by 176 VND/liter compared to the current base price, now at 19,050 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline has dropped by 177 VND/liter, now at 19,726 VND/liter.

Fuel prices drop across the board this afternoon
Diesel 0.05S prices have fallen by 538 VND/liter, now at 17,885 VND/liter; kerosene has decreased by 291 VND/liter, now at 18,115 VND/liter; and mazut 180CST 3.5S has dropped by 273 VND/kg, now at 14,098 VND/kg.
During this adjustment period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance continue to neither allocate nor use the Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products.
Domestic Fuel Prices Mirror Global Trends
According to regulatory authorities, the global oil market during this adjustment period is influenced by key factors such as: OPEC+ announcing an increase in oil production for November, though lower than expected; weakening global oil demand; and the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, with Ukraine intensifying attacks on Russian energy facilities.
These factors have caused global fuel prices to fluctuate over the past few days, with a predominant downward trend across various products.
In the adjustment made seven days ago, E5RON92 gasoline increased by 88 VND/liter, reaching 19,226 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline rose by 174 VND/liter, reaching 19,903 VND/liter.
