In the first nine months of 2025, Vinpearl’s hotel services across its entire system (including both owned and managed properties) generated a net revenue of approximately VND 8.1 trillion, marking a 27% year-on-year growth. Meanwhile, VinWonders (comprising Vinpearl-managed facilities) achieved a revenue of VND 3.8 trillion, a 29% increase.
Specifically, VinWonders recorded impressive growth during this period, welcoming 7.9 million visitors, a 13% rise compared to the same period last year. This underscores its position as Vietnam’s leading entertainment park brand.
Simultaneously, Vinpearl’s hotel system accommodated nearly 2 million guests, a 14.7% increase. Notably, Hai Phong saw significant growth, driven by the successful launch of VinWonders Vu Yen. International visitors, particularly from key markets like Russia, CIS countries, India, and the Middle East, were the primary growth drivers. Consequently, room nights sold across Vinpearl hotels increased by 24% year-on-year.
In destination development, Vinpearl Golf Léman, a 36-hole international standard golf course with a unique “Riparian Habitat” design and 5-star amenities, officially opened in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, on October 4, 2025. In Q3 alone, the company’s core business revenue reached VND 3,094 billion, a 28% year-on-year increase. Gross profit from core operations was VND 819 billion, 7.6 times higher than the same period last year.
