Businesses Finalizing Cash Dividend Rights in the Week of November 10-14, 2025

The business with the highest dividend rate for the upcoming week is CBS, offering a 30% rate. With nearly 5.3 million outstanding shares, the company will allocate approximately 15.9 billion VND for this dividend distribution. The ex-dividend date is November 11, and shareholders can expect to receive their dividends on November 25, 2025. Chairman of the Board Nong Van Son, the largest shareholder with 45.97% of the charter capital, will receive around 7.3 billion VND.
While not the highest rate of the week, VGC (Viglacera) stands out prominently. The company will finalize its 2024 dividend rights with a 22% rate, equivalent to 2,200 VND per share, totaling over 986 billion VND. The ex-dividend date is November 11, with payment scheduled for December 5, 2025. Viglacera also plans to maintain a 22% dividend rate for 2025.
As of late September, the largest shareholder of VGC is Gelex Infrastructure JSC (GICC), holding 50.21% of the capital, and is expected to receive over 495 billion VND in dividends. Another major shareholder is the Ministry of Construction, holding 38.58% of the capital, corresponding to nearly 381 billion VND.
Two beer industry companies, SMB and WSB, will also finalize dividend rights with a 20% rate next week. The ex-dividend dates are November 13 and November 11, respectively, with payments expected on November 26 and November 28. SMB plans to distribute nearly 60 billion VND, while WSB will allocate approximately 29 billion VND.
Next week, no companies will finalize stock dividend rights.
