BIDV CEO Lê Ngọc Lâm and SHB Deputy CEO Đỗ Quang Vinh Honored Among Vietnam’s Top 10 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of 2025

According to the organizers, the businesses of the Top 100 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs 2025 have a combined asset value of nearly 3,000 trillion VND. In 2024, these businesses achieved a total revenue of 310 trillion VND and contributed nearly 21 trillion VND to the state budget.

Mr. Bùi Quang Minh, Vice Chairman and CEO of Hoa Binh Minh Automobile Trading and Service Company, and CEO of Hoa Binh Minh Group, represents the dynamic young entrepreneurs of the integration era. He has propelled Hoa Binh Minh to become one of Vietnam’s leading automobile distribution systems, pioneering digital transformation and modern governance.

Mr. Lưu Tiến Chung, CEO of Bac Giang Garment Corporation (LGG) and Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Bac Giang Province, is a prominent figure in the textile industry. Mr. Nguyễn Duy Chính, CEO of Tan A Dai Thanh Group, is a standout figure among Vietnam’s young entrepreneurs, known for his modern management mindset, systemic vision, and innovative spirit. Mr. Lê Đức Thuấn, Chairman of FDCG Holding, started his entrepreneurial journey with a bold vision, restructuring and expanding the Bao Ngoc brand across 34 provinces and officially listing it on the stock market in 2020.
