Public Investment Disbursement Surpasses VND 577 Trillion as of December 11

The Ministry of Finance reports that the actual public investment disbursement from the beginning of the year to December 11, 2025, stands at 577,703.9 billion VND, achieving 63.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister (an increase of 20,649.5 billion VND compared to the previous week).

As of December 11, 2025, Vietnam’s public investment disbursement reaches over 63% of the Prime Minister’s assigned plan.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the actual disbursement from the beginning of the year to December 4, 2025, was VND 557,054.4 billion, achieving 61% of the Prime Minister’s assigned plan (VND 913,216.2 billion).

By December 11, 2025, the actual disbursement increased to VND 577,703.9 billion, reaching 63.3% of the plan—an increase of VND 20,649.5 billion compared to the previous week.

Excluding the additional plans assigned after September 30, 2025, and the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (VND 27,429.6 billion), the estimated disbursement rate is 65.2% of the Prime Minister’s plan.

As of December 11, 2025, 12 central agencies and 17 localities have achieved or exceeded the national average disbursement rate. These include: Vietnam Development Bank, Central Party Office, Vietnam Electricity, State Audit Office, Voice of Vietnam, Government Inspectorate, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Vietnam Expressway Corporation, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Supreme People’s Procuracy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Tay Ninh, Hanoi, Gia Lai, Ca Mau, Dong Thap, Quang Ninh, and Quang Ngai.

However, 21 central agencies and 12 localities are still below the national average. These include: Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Government Office, Committee for Ethnic Minorities and Religious Affairs, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Public Security, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam News Agency, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Supreme People’s Court, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam Television, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Quang Tri, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Cao Bang, Da Nang, An Giang, Hung Yen, and Lang Son.
