Shinec Subsidiary Develops Ninh Diêm 1 Industrial Zone with Over 2.8 Trillion VND Capital

On December 15, 2025, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province officially approved the investment policy and designated the investor for the development and operation of the infrastructure of Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Zone.

The investor is Ninh Khanh Land Development JSC. Ninh Diem 1, spanning 241.5 hectares, is designated as an eco-industrial park. The project is located in Dong Ninh Hoa Ward and Bac Ninh Hoa Commune, Khanh Hoa Province. With a total investment of VND 2.835 trillion, the investor contributes VND 450 billion, while the remainder is raised through other sources. The project’s operational term is 70 years, and its implementation must be completed within 36 months from the date the investor receives land allocation or lease from the state.

Ninh Khanh Land Development JSC was established in August this year, initially named NDKH Industrial Park Investment and Development JSC, headquartered in Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. Its primary business activities include investing in and developing industrial parks, urban residential areas, tourism and entertainment complexes, IT infrastructure, commercial centers, and office buildings. The company also leases land with completed infrastructure, rents or sells factory buildings, trades in residential properties, and leases warehouses. Its chartered capital is VND 450 billion, with Shinec JSC holding 51%, Ms. Hoang Thi Loan 24.5%, and Mr. Pham Dang Hai 24.5%. The company is led by Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu (born in 1995) as CEO and legal representative.

On November 10, the company rebranded to its current name, Ninh Khanh Land Development JSC.

In early December, Shinec increased its chartered capital to VND 1,212.5 billion. The company has two legal representatives: Mr. Pham Hong Diep, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Hai Lam, CEO.

Shinec is the developer of several major projects, including the Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (over 263 hectares in Hai Phong), Nhat 1 Industrial Cluster (75 hectares in Lao Cai), and Dam Ha B Industrial Cluster (over 60 hectares in Quang Ninh).

In addition to Ninh Khanh Land Development JSC, Shinec also owns An Tho Investment JSC. This company is the investor behind the 50-hectare An Tho Industrial Cluster in Hai Phong, slated to break ground in December this year. An Tho Investment JSC has a chartered capital of nearly VND 151 billion, headquartered at Shinec JSC’s office, and is led by Mr. Thai Thanh Nhan (born in 2000) as Director and legal representative.
