The People’s Committee of Gia Lai Province has approved the adjusted investment policy and designated FLC Group Joint Stock Company as the investor for the Hotel and Commercial Townhouse Complex project.

According to the decision dated December 6, 2025, the project’s construction and completion timeline spans from December 2025 to June 2028. Specifically, from December 2025 to March 2026, the technical infrastructure (excluding connections from the hotel to the shared technical infrastructure) and 32 adjacent townhouses will be completed. From March 2026 to June 2028, the remaining technical infrastructure, hotel, green park, and the other 58 townhouses will be finalized, marking the project’s completion and operational commencement.

The People’s Committee mandates FLC to expeditiously execute the project, adhering to schedules and complying with standards, regulations on planning, investment, housing, real estate business, land, construction, environment, fire prevention, labor safety, and other relevant laws during construction and operation. FLC must report investment activities as legally required and periodically submit progress reports to the Department of Finance and Department of Construction for monitoring.

The Hotel and Commercial Townhouse Complex, invested by FLC Group, is commercially named FLC Hilltop Gia Lai. The former People’s Committee of Gia Lai Province approved the investment policy in Decision 618/QD-UBND on October 25, 2019.

The project, covering over 3.1 hectares at 29 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ia Kring Ward (now Dien Hong Ward, Gia Lai Province), has a total investment of over 760 billion VND.

It comprises three main functional zones: a hotel and conference center complex, FLC Hilltop Shophouse (90 units), and the Dam San Square.

Construction began in Q3 2019 but faced legal complications, causing prolonged delays and incomplete construction.

In October, the Gia Lai People’s Committee directed FLC Group to fulfill commitments for the Dak Doa Golf Course project, including managing and protecting the pine forest within the project area. Previously, Gia Lai Police proposed addressing illegal pine forest exploitation in Dak Doa Commune.
