Becamex Group (Industrial Investment and Development Corporation, stock code: BCM, listed on HoSE) has announced a resolution by its Board of Directors to increase the charter capital contribution for Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP JV).

Currently, VSIP JV’s charter capital stands at approximately VND 2,678.4 billion, as per the Business Registration Certificate Amendment No. 7 dated July 28, 2024.

VSIP JV plans to raise an additional VND 1,500 billion in charter capital, with Becamex Group committing to contribute VND 735 billion in accordance with its ownership ratio. The capital contribution is scheduled for Q4/2025.

Upon completion of the capital increase, VSIP JV’s charter capital will reach VND 4,178.4 billion, maintaining Becamex Group’s ownership at 49%.

Established in July 2008, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP JV) is headquartered at 8 Friendship Boulevard, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

As of the latest update on November 27, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Phu Thinh (born in 1964) serves as the General Director and Legal Representative of VSIP JV.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Thinh also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Becamex Group and acts as the Legal Representative for several entities, including VSIP – Sembcorp Gateway Development Company Limited and VSIP Binh Duong Housing Development Company Limited.

In a related development, Becamex Group previously issued Resolution No. 73/NQ-HĐQT on December 1, 2025, regarding the capital increase for Becamex Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex Binh Phuoc).

The Board of Directors approved the purchase of an additional 36 million shares of Becamex Binh Phuoc at VND 10,000 per share, totaling VND 360 billion in capital contribution.

The capital contribution is to be completed by December 31, 2025, bringing Becamex Binh Phuoc’s charter capital to over VND 2,698 billion. Becamex Group will then hold more than 107.9 million shares, representing 40% of the charter capital.

Additionally, the Board of Directors approved a capital increase for Becamex Binh Dinh Joint Stock Company by purchasing 8 million shares at VND 10,000 per share, totaling VND 80 billion in additional capital.

Following the capital contribution, Becamex Binh Dinh’s charter capital will reach VND 790 billion. Becamex Group will hold 31.6 million shares, equivalent to 40% of the charter capital.
