At the year-end conference on December 17th, DPM announced the successful completion of its 2025 production and business plan, surpassing all four management targets and revenue growth goals set by Petrovietnam.

Phan Cong Thanh, CEO of DPM, stated that in 2025, Phu My faced significant challenges due to regional and global economic fluctuations. Domestically, fertilizer oversupply, rising input gas prices, extreme weather conditions, unadjusted export tax policies, and intense competition directly impacted production and business operations.
In response, under the close guidance of the Corporation, Phu My proactively implemented comprehensive management, production, and business solutions. The leadership and workforce leveraged over 22 years of experience to gradually overcome these challenges.

In 2025, the Phu My Urea Plant maintained stable and safe operations throughout the year without any major shutdowns. The company completed its urea production plan 42 days ahead of schedule and its NPK plan 95 days early.
Specifically, urea output is estimated at over 885,000 tons, reaching 110% of the plan. NPK output is estimated at over 206,000 tons, achieving 121% of the plan. Consolidated revenue is projected at VND 16,300 billion, meeting 102% of Petrovietnam’s growth target.
Since early 2025, DPM has adopted a new business model across its system, enhancing flexibility and adaptability to market dynamics. The company effectively balanced production and sales, adjusting sales policies to align with market conditions and seasons.
DPM continued to advance science, technology, and digital transformation, achieving Digital Maturity Level 3.0. The company implemented numerous initiatives on core technology platforms, gradually establishing a modern management foundation for sustainable development.
Comrade Le Ngoc Son acknowledged and praised Phu My’s outstanding achievements in 2025, highlighting its significant contribution to Petrovietnam’s overall success.
Petrovietnam CEO Le Ngoc Son commended DPM‘s efforts, stating: “As of now, Phu My is one of three exemplary units within the Corporation to fully meet its management targets. This makes 2025 a truly remarkable and impressive year.”
For 2026, Petrovietnam’s leadership urged DPM to focus on key tasks: enhancing management quality, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, reducing comprehensive maintenance time, and developing new products aligned with green agriculture trends.
Additionally, the company will strengthen M&A activities linked to international business to ensure growth targets, while continuing to develop human resources and foster corporate culture.
These achievements further demonstrate DPM‘s strong management capabilities and adaptability in a highly volatile market.
