On December 23, 2025, as per the resolution passed by the Board of Directors, Stanley Brothers Securities Corporation (SBSI, UPCoM: VUA) officially announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung is a seasoned leader in the finance and securities sector, boasting over 20 years of experience in Vietnam’s financial market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Vietnam-France Center for Training in Management (CFVG).

Throughout his career, Mr. Dung has held numerous senior management and executive positions at leading securities firms, particularly in brokerage, investment banking, and business management. His notable roles include Director of the Business Division at VPBank Securities (VPBankS), Director of the Retail Customer Division at Mirae Asset Securities Vietnam (MAS), Deputy CEO at Ocean Securities (OCS), and Director of the Investment Banking Division at HDB Securities (HDBS). Additionally, he has served as a lecturer at the Banking Department of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
With his extensive expertise in securities and finance, Mr. Dung is expected to strengthen SBSI’s leadership and management capabilities, navigating the company through a challenging yet opportunity-rich market phase toward a new era of growth.
