Specifically, FIR will transfer its entire 10 million shares in Bach Dang Company, equivalent to 22.22% of the charter capital, at a price no lower than VND 30,000 per share. If successful, the deal is expected to generate a minimum of VND 300 billion for FIR.
According to the consolidated financial statements for Q4/2025 (fiscal year 01/10/2024-30/09/2025), the original investment cost of FIR in Bach Dang Company was over VND 200.5 billion. Thus, FIR aims to profit at least VND 100 billion from divesting its stake in the affiliate.
Established in 2009, Bach Dang Company is headquartered at 50 Bach Dang, former Hai Chau District, Da Nang City—the same address as FIR‘s headquarters. The company currently has a charter capital of VND 450 billion, with Mr. Than Ha Nhat Thong serving as both CEO and legal representative.
FIR‘s Board Member and CEO, Ha Than Thuc Luan, is also the Deputy CEO of Bach Dang Company. Mr. Luan has been authorized by FIR‘s Board of Directors to negotiate and determine the transfer value of Bach Dang Company’s shares.
FIR completed the acquisition of nearly 10 million shares in Bach Dang Company in September 2023. Becoming a major shareholder in Bach Dang Company allowed FIR to secure an agreement to participate in investment and development decisions for the “prime land” project spanning 6,879.4 m², known as the Bach Dang Complex.

The 25-story tower houses 107 apartments with floor areas ranging from 46 m² to 340 m², located from the 10th to the 25th floors. The office component spans approximately 5,787.5 m² of leasable space, distributed across the 2nd to 9th floors.
Notably, FIR paid Bach Dang Company over VND 1.3 billion in office management fees for the lease period from April 2024 to June 2025.
