FLC Faros Construction JSC has announced an increase in its charter capital from VND 5.676 trillion to VND 6.076 trillion.
This represents a VND 400 billion increase, or approximately 7%.
Ms. Pham Tu Anh, born in 1993, remains the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of FLC Faros. She assumed this position in late 2025, marking the third change in chairmanship for the company that year.
FLC Faros is part of the FLC ecosystem, founded by former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet. ROS once created a rare phenomenon in the stock market, with over 30 ceiling sessions in the first three months of listing, driving its market price up ninefold compared to its IPO price. By mid-2017, the stock had surged to nearly VND 220,000 per share (unadjusted price). ROS’s market capitalization once exceeded VND 100 trillion, placing it among the leading stocks at the time.
However, the trend reversed in 2018. ROS entered a prolonged decline, particularly after Chairman Trinh Van Quyet’s prosecution, causing the stock price to plummet below VND 3,000. In September 2022, the stock was officially delisted from HoSE due to violations of information disclosure regulations.
Prior to FLC Faros, in late 2025, FLC Group announced a VND 1.5 trillion increase in its charter capital, bringing the company’s total capital to approximately VND 8.6 trillion. This move occurred just before FLC’s stock and other related securities linked to Trinh Van Quyet were set to exit the stock market.
