The company announced that the name change is a significant step towards synchronizing the organizational structure and brand identity between Finhay Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Finhay) and its subsidiaries. This move aims to enhance brand recognition and facilitate the expansion of additional financial services in the future.

Alongside the new name, Finhay Securities will update its brand identity, including a new logo, website address, and mobile application name.

This name change does not alter the company’s legal status, tax code, or its rights and obligations towards customers and partners. All business operations, legal commitments, and customer benefits remain fully intact, continuous, and stable.

Finhay, a fintech company founded by Mr. Nghiem Xuan Huy in 2017, focuses on personal financial management through its investment and savings platform. In early 2019, Finhay secured nearly $1 million in funding from Insignia Ventures Partners, one of Southeast Asia’s leading venture capital firms. In February 2022, Finhay Vietnam Services and Distribution LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Finhay Vietnam) acquired Vina Securities Corporation.
