Crystal Bay Airlines boasts a robust founding shareholder structure. Crystal Bay Tourism Group Corporation leads with a substantial investment of VND 282 billion, representing 94% of the charter capital. Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi contributes VND 15 billion, holding a 5% stake, while Mr. Bui Tuong Chi completes the trio with a VND 3 billion investment, securing the remaining 1%.

Crystal Bay Airlines: A New Venture in Vietnam’s Aviation Sector

According to the National Business Registration Portal, Crystal Bay Airlines Joint Stock Company was established on November 6, 2025, with a chartered capital of 300 billion VND.

The company’s primary business is air passenger transportation, headquartered at VCN Tower, 2 To Huu Street, Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.

The legal representatives are Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Bui Tuong Chi, CEO.

Among the founding shareholders, Crystal Bay Tourism Group contributes 282 billion VND (94% of the capital), Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi contributes 15 billion VND (5%), and Mr. Bui Tuong Chi contributes 3 billion VND (1%).

Founded in 2016 by Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Crystal Bay Tourism Group has a chartered capital of over 2,659 billion VND.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, originally from Nghe An, achieved success in Russia before returning to Vietnam.

Based in Nha Trang, Crystal Bay specializes in international tourism, bringing travelers to Vietnam for years.

In 2022, the group launched charter flights from Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan) to Cam Ranh. In 2023, it operated flights from Taiwan to Cam Ranh. In 2024, it expanded to Australia, India, and former Soviet countries, connecting to Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc, and more.

Crystal Bay’s Expanding Ecosystem

Crystal Bay’s ecosystem includes subsidiaries like Crystal Bay Tour, Crystal Bay Travel Card, Crystal Bay Discovery, Coffee Trip Vietnam, and Selfie Travel Vietnam.

The group is developing luxury resorts in Central Vietnam, including Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa at Bai Dai Beach.

In Ninh Thuan, Rocko Bay Resort is designed by France’s NDA Group. Selectum Noa Resort in Cam Ranh offers 5-star beachfront accommodations.

SunBay Park Hotel & Resort in Phan Rang features 101 entertainment services integrated with beachfront stays.
