On the afternoon of January 30th, MWG announced its consolidated financial report for Q4/2025, revealing a net profit of 2.07 trillion VND, more than 2.4 times higher than the same period last year. For the entire year, the multi-industry retail conglomerate achieved a net profit of 7.04 trillion VND, an 89% increase.
For 2026, MWG sets an ambitious target of 18% revenue growth and a 30% surge in net profit.

In MWG‘s 2026 strategy, Dien May Xanh remains a pivotal pillar, projected to contribute approximately 65% of revenue and 80% of profit. This translates to a 15% revenue growth and 20% profit increase for Dien May Xanh.
The retail giant emphasizes its commitment to providing full product lifecycle services through its in-house technician team, Thợ Điện Máy Xanh, comprising thousands of skilled professionals. Notably, MWG has invested in transforming Thợ Điện Máy Xanh into a multi-service platform, catering to the repair and maintenance needs of millions of Vietnamese households.
Another key focus is the development of a Super App, upgrading the Quà Tặng VIP loyalty program into a comprehensive ecosystem hub. This digital platform aims to personalize consumer behavior, integrate after-sales services, and offer financial solutions for a seamless shopping experience.
Internationally, EraBlue is set for expansion, targeting 300 stores in 2026 and a 30% revenue growth, with the goal of becoming Indonesia’s top electronics retailer and pursuing an IPO.

In the food sector, Bach Hoa Xanh is expected to contribute around 30% of MWG‘s revenue and 20% of its profit in 2026, aiming for a post-tax profit of approximately 1.84 trillion VND.
This mini-supermarket chain targets over 20% revenue growth this year, focusing on market share expansion and profit enhancement. This will be achieved through optimizing existing store performance and opening around 1,000 new stores in both established and new provinces.
For fresh produce, MWG prioritizes food safety, while the FMCG category will emphasize high-quality products at competitive prices, positioning itself as a preferred shopping destination.
Bach Hoa Xanh aims to be the go-to “neighborhood supermarket – affordable prices” for customers. Its online platform will be enhanced for a simpler, more convenient shopping experience, catering to modern grocery needs and saving customers’ time.
MWG emphasizes that achieving these business goals is a crucial step towards Bach Hoa Xanh’s IPO and its vision of reaching a 10 billion USD revenue milestone.
Other chains, including the An Khang pharmacy and AvaKids mother-and-baby stores, are also targeted for 20-30% revenue growth and profitability in 2026.
