In addition to its development in many new markets, in 2023, akaBot became the first Vietnamese company to appear in Everest’s RPA PEAK Matrix report – one of the most rigorous and comprehensive assessments of global service providers and technology solutions. In late November 2023, the Made by FPT solution was also granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for automatic document separation and classification system, which is applied in akaBot Vision and UBot Invoice.

According to McKinsey & Co.’s research, the combination of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is predicted to contribute to an additional 0.2-3.3% annual work productivity. With over 10,000 virtual robots operating globally, the Make in Vietnam solution has freed more than 11 million employees of all customers from tedious tasks, reducing process handling time by 70% and saving up to 21.9 million working hours per year.
