At the end of last year, Ca Mau Ammonia Factory officially reached the milestone of 10 million tons of Urea production, marking a proud achievement in the creative work, innovation, research, and application of advanced scientific and technological knowledge by the PVCFC team. In 2023 alone, despite the unpredictable market, the Company has made impressive sales with a consumption rate of 1.267 million tons of fertilizers, the highest ever. By early 2024, the Company will officially enter the two demanding fertilizer markets of Australia and New Zealand.
Since its establishment, the Company has achieved a total revenue of over 96,000 billion VND, pre-tax profit of over 13,800 billion VND, and nearly 1,900 billion VND contributed to the state budget. Besides maintaining effective production and business operations, Ca Mau Fertilizer Factory also owns modern factory/workshops with the most advanced technology in Europe; a strong and skilled labor force with over 1,100 employees, including more than 400 highly skilled engineers who are innovative and in control of the system, ensuring stable, safe, and continuous production operations at 110 – 115% of capacity.

Starting with its core product, urea, Ca Mau Fertilizer Factory offers dozens of high-quality fertilizer products, advanced technology, as well as organic and microbiological products. The NPK Cà Mau factory with a capacity of 300,000 tons/year was established just in time to meet the high demand for premium fertilizers, successfully penetrating and developing in this strategic market.

With a focus on contributing to the development of sustainable green agriculture, PVCFC has set three main strategic directions for 2024: investment, sustainable development, and digital transformation. PVCFC believes that diverse products – natural resources, investment connections, and market expansion are the solid path for sustainable development in the new business context.
Recently, PVCFC has been investing in digital transformation activities, implementing major projects such as ERP management system, Big Data, DMS, CMS, etc., at various levels to effectively exploit information and data from the market, distributors, and farmers, which has yielded significant results within the unit. Continuing to invest and upgrade projects related to “Artificial Intelligence” and new projects to further improve online communication channels and quick response to farmers and distributors, allowing users to provide feedback and ask questions to the system, thereby promptly addressing their concerns.
The acquisition of the KVF Fertilizer Factory and product distribution cooperation with major partners such as the Van Thien Hoa Group have opened up new opportunities, enhancing the competitiveness of Ca Mau Fertilizer in both domestic and international markets.

It has completed nearly 2,000 Solidarity Houses, 65 school projects, 15 health stations, hundreds of bridges and transportation projects in remote areas, as well as thousands of scholarships for poor students. Each completed project becomes a motivation for the Ca Mau Fertilizer workforce to strive even harder in fulfilling the “Nurturer” mission of Ca Mau Fertilizer for Vietnamese agriculture and the “growing people” cause.
