For the first half of 2024, Ho Chi Minh City’s Construction Lottery revenue from ticket sales reached VND 5,376 billion.

The financial report for the first six months of 2024 from Ho Chi Minh City Construction Lottery Company (XSKT Ho Chi Minh City) recorded VND 5,474 billion in net revenue from sales and provision of services, an increase of VND 224 billion compared to the same period last year.

The main revenue of Ho Chi Minh City Construction Lottery comes from the issuance of traditional lottery tickets and scratch cards, reaching VND 5,376 billion. The remaining revenue comes from office rental and printing services. Thus, the company earns nearly VND 30 billion per day from lottery ticket sales.

After deducting operating expenses, in the first half of 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Construction Lottery earned a profit after tax of over VND 786 billion, an increase of VND 125 billion compared to the same period last year. This is considered the highest profit of the enterprise in decades.

As of the end of June 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Construction Lottery’s total assets reached VND 3,092 billion, of which cash and bank deposits were VND 1,110 billion.
