Mr. Farrell Douglas

It is known that Mr. Farrell Douglas was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of Finance and Investment of VHM since February 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Douglas John Farrell held the position of Executive Director, Director of M&A in the Real Estate sector for Australia & New Zealand at Citigroup from 2010 to 2016, and was a Founding Member of Quintet Partners investment fund from 2016.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance from Macquarie University, Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. At the time of his resignation, he did not own any VHM shares.
On the VHM side, after Mr. Farrell Douglas’ resignation, the Company’s Executive Board will consist of 4 members, including: General Director Mrs. Nguyen Thu Hang and 3 Deputy General Directors: Mr. Pham Van Khuong, Mrs. Mai Thu Thuy, and Mr. Dang Minh Hai.
Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan Resigns from Eximbank’s Board of Directors
On January 31, 2024, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Bank (Eximbank, HOSE: EIB) announced that they have received the resignation letter from Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan, resigning from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank for the VII term (2020 – 2025) due to personal reasons.
