On the first day of the National Day holiday on September 2nd, our reporters noticed that the streets of Hanoi were unusually quiet. In contrast, the Hanoi Zoo, also known as Thu Le Park, was bustling with visitors from early morning. Many parents with young children were already waiting at the entrance before the gates even opened.

Most of the visitors to the zoo during the morning were families with young children.

The elephant enclosure was the most popular attraction, drawing in curious onlookers.

Currently, the entrance fee to the Hanoi Zoo is VND 30,000 for adults and VND 20,000 for children. The zoo is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm.

According to the Hanoi Zoo Company, many visitors, mostly families and small groups, were already at the zoo by the morning of August 31st.

The deer feeding area was a particular favorite among children, who enjoyed the unique experience of feeding the deer themselves.

The Hanoi Zoo Company representative estimated that the zoo would welcome between 60,000 and 70,000 visitors during the four-day holiday period.
