According to the official announcement on the website, the meeting will take place on the 37th floor of The West Building, located at 265 Cau Giay Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. This address was once the former office of Bamboo Airways and previously owned by the FLC Group—the former parent company that Bamboo Airways parted ways with several years ago.
In recent times, the company has been holding meetings at its Ho Chi Minh City office within the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course complex at 6 Tan Son, An Hoi Tay Ward.

Coincidentally, Bamboo Airways also shows signs of vacating its Ho Chi Minh City office after nearly a year and a half of operation. According to our observations, the airline has removed its signage from the office at the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course complex at 6 Tan Son, An Hoi Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly 6 Tan Son, Ward 12, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City before the provincial merger).

Furthermore, on August 18, 2025, Bamboo Airways updated its business registration details. The tax address was changed from 6 Tan Son, Ward 12, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City to Zone 4, Nhon Ly – Cat Tien Beach Resort, Quy Nhon Dong Ward, Gia Lai Province (which is the location of the FLC Quy Nhon resort owned by the FLC Group).
These location changes come on the heels of significant leadership shifts at Bamboo Airways. Two months ago, Mr. Le Thai Sam returned as Chairman of the Board, replacing Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh. Simultaneously, Mr. Truong Phuong Thanh was appointed as CEO, succeeding Mr. Luong Hoai Nam as of August 13.

These personnel changes, coupled with the relocation to FLC-affiliated locations, evoke memories of Bamboo Airways’ earlier ties with the group. Initially, Bamboo Airways was established under the ownership of the FLC Group, led by Mr. Trinh Van Quyet. Its primary operations were based at the FLC building at 265 Cau Giay Street, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District (formerly).
After Mr. Trinh Van Quyet was arrested in March 2022 for alleged stock manipulation, the FLC Group gradually withdrew its investment from Bamboo Airways. The airline faced mounting financial challenges, reporting a record loss of approximately 17.6 trillion VND (over 740 million USD) for 2022 in May 2023.
By June 2023, Him Lam Group emerged as the new owner of Bamboo Airways, as the FLC Group progressively divested and handed over the airline to Him Lam for restructuring.
Recent developments hint at potential upheaval within the young airline. The upcoming meeting on September 25 is expected to shed light on the uncertainties surrounding Bamboo Airways. Will the airline officially announce a new direction? Or are these moves part of a larger, strategic plan?

As of August 8, 2023, Mr. Le Thai Sam has pledged 140 million Bamboo Airways shares as collateral for a secured transaction with Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) Hanoi Branch. |
