Strategically located adjacent to National Highway 8A—a vital link to Laos—and the North-South railway at Yên Trung Station, the project site boasts exceptional transport connectivity. Its proximity to the North-South expressway (10 km) and Vinh Airport (30 km) further enhances its inter-regional logistics potential. High and stable transport volumes in the area provide a strong foundation for warehousing and transshipment services.

With a preliminary investment of nearly VND 550 billion, the project prioritizes hard infrastructure, allocating the majority of funds to construction. The remaining budget supports technology systems, equipment, and operations. On the 21-hectare site, Viettel Post plans a 60% construction density with buildings ranging from 1 to 5 stories. Extensive yard space will accommodate large-scale cargo consolidation and movement, complemented by modern finished goods warehouses.
