Mirae Asset Securities (Vietnam) JSC is planning an extraordinary general meeting in 2025 to approve a cash dividend payout for common shareholders for the year 2023, amounting to approximately VND 520 billion. The record date for shareholders entitled to this dividend is June 4th, with an expected payment date of July 7th.

There are concerns that loopholes in the mechanism are being exploited by businesses to reduce tax liabilities arising from real estate operations and the transfer of investment projects. This is achieved through offsetting losses from other business operations when calculating taxable income.

According to the latest report by multinational market research firm, Mordor Intelligence, Green SM maintained its leading position in the Vietnamese taxi and ride-hailing market in Q1 2025, capturing a significant 39.85% market share.
