Youth unemployment rates (ages 15-24) reached 9.03% in Q3/2025, marking a 0.84 percentage point increase from the previous quarter and a 1.30 percentage point rise compared to the same period last year. Urban areas reported a higher rate of 12.42%, while rural areas stood at 6.86%. During this quarter, approximately 1.6 million young people nationwide were neither employed nor engaged in education or training, accounting for 11.5% of the youth population.
