Quang Huc urban area is part of the 35,000 billion project of T&T Group

Recently, Trang Thi Trading and Services Joint Stock Company has released a report related to the Quang Huc Urban Area project (Tam Nong, Phu Tho). Accordingly, in June 2022, the Quang Huc Urban Area was approved for detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 and one month later, the planning was announced.

The Quang Huc Urban Area has a total area of about 37.4 hectares. In terms of land use structure, the project will allocate about 13 hectares for residential construction; 2.5 hectares for commercial services; 5.7 hectares for greenery; 2.4 hectares for technical infrastructure; and 12.8 hectares for transportation.

The entire project will have 426 land lots, including 315 three-story high-end villa lots, with an average construction density of 57% and 111 lots of five-story high-density rehousing, with an average construction density of about 67%. Commercial and service land will have a five-story building with a construction density of 60%.

In terms of progress, from January 2014 to May 2024, the Quang Huc Urban Area will complete all legal procedures. From June 2024 to December 2025, the project construction and operation will be carried out.

According to the Decision approving the investment policy, the preliminary total implementation cost of the Quang Huc Urban Area project is 2,233 billion dong, excluding land compensation costs.

The Quang Huc Urban Area is part of the overall 1/2000 zoning plan of the Tam Nong Ecological, Tourism, Resort, and Golf Urban Area.

In late February 2022, T&T Group officially launched the Tam Nong Ecological, Tourism, Resort, and Golf Urban Area project with a total investment of about 35,000 billion dong. The total project area is nearly 500 hectares, including a 36-hole golf course occupying about 16 hectares.

The project is planned with 5 functional zones: Tam Nong Golf Zone 1 located in Lam Son commune, with an area of ​​nearly 93 hectares; Tam Nong Golf Zone 2 located in Lam Son and Quang Huc communes, with an area of ​​nearly 75 hectares; Quang Huc Urban Area located in Quang Huc commune, with an area of ​​over 37 hectares; Tam Nong Urban Area located in Tho Van commune, with an area of ​​over 21 hectares; and finally, the Tam Nong Ecological, Tourism, Resort Urban Area with an area of ​​272 hectares located in Lam Son, Quang Huc, and Tho Van communes.

Trang Thi is part of T&T Group’s ecosystem

As for the investor, Trang Thi Trading and Services Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Ngu Kim Company, was established in 1955 by the Hanoi People’s Committee. In 2015, Trang Thi was equitized and in 2017, it officially listed its shares on the UPCoM market. However, in March 2022, the company canceled the stock trading registration.

In the past, in 2019, the battle for control at Trang Thi Trading and Services between Hapro and T&T Group consumed a considerable amount of ink from the media. Later in the year, Hapro completely divested its capital in Trang Thi.

At the end of 2022, Trang Thi has a charter capital of 540 billion dong, in which shareholders contributing capital include T&T Group member companies. At the time of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Trang Thi, Mr. Do Vinh Quang – the son of Mr. Do Quang Hien (Hien’s father), is still holding the position of Chairman of the Board.

Currently, the legal representative and General Director of Trang Thi is Mr. Vu Trong Tuan. Mr. Tuan has also held many leadership positions in some T&T Group companies.

Trang Thi Trading and Services is known by the people of the capital as a business for wholesale and retail of consumer goods, electrical appliances, and furniture… With subsidiary companies and joint ventures such as Nghia Do Trading and Services Joint Stock Company, Xuan Thuy Trading and Services Investment Joint Stock Company.

Regarding real estate owned by Trang Thi Trading and Services, it can be mentioned as land plots No. 12 – 14 Trang Thi, Hoan Kiem District (with a construction floor area of ​​2,730 m2); No. 10B Trang Thi (3,493 m2); No. 11C Cat Linh, Dong Da District (1,414 m2); No. 47 Cat Linh (730m2); Cho To Supermarket, Dong Anh District (3,387 m2); No. 302 Ngoc Hoi, Thanh Tri District (2,700 m2), and dozens of small and large land plots in the central area of ​​Hanoi.
