Thien Ha Construction Investment Co., Ltd – Binh Duong has recently announced the completion of the issuance of THBCH2328001 bonds with a value of VND 800 billion, a term of 5 years on 29/01/2024.

Specifically, THBCH2328001 bonds were issued in the domestic market with a quantity of 8,000 bonds, a face value of VND 100 million/bond, corresponding to a total issuance value of VND 800 billion, and an interest rate of 12% per year.

THBCH2328001 bonds were issued on 29/12/2023 and completed on 29/01/2024. Therefore, the maturity date of this bond series is on 29/12/2028.

These bonds are non-convertible, do not include warrants, and are secured by “Payment guarantee of credit institutions”.
