The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province recently issued an administrative violation decision against Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation, located at floor 1- CT1, Me Tri Thuong Urban Area (Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).

According to the decision, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation has committed an administrative violation by occupying 8,783.0m2 of non-agricultural land in the new urban area in the south of Hai Duong city, belonging to Lien Hong Commune, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province.
Specifically, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation has used 8,783.0m2 of land to invest in the construction of the Lien Hong Sports Center but has not completed the land lease procedures as required by law.
For this violation, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation has been fined VND 400 million.
As a remedy, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation is required to complete the land lease procedures as stipulated. The deadline for implementing the remedy is 90 days from the date of receiving this Decision.
Additionally, Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Corporation is required to return the illegally obtained profits resulting from the administrative violation, with a total amount of over VND 930 million.
