Previously, in July 2023, 8 Vinamilk products were recognized by leading international culinary experts. With this remarkable achievement, Vinamilk has 19 products recognized for their delicious taste – something that no Vietnamese milk brand has achieved before.
To be recognized International Taste Institute’s Superior Taste Award, products must impress more than 200 experts from top chefs and sommeliers around the world. Ratings are based on 5 international Hedonic sensory analysis criteria (AFNOR XP V096A), including first impression, visual, olfactory, taste, and texture (for food) or final impression or aftertaste (for beverages).
