On March 5th, following Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Secretary of Party Cell of Block 2, Phu Tai Ward (Phan Thiet City, “Người Đưa Tin” has noted the information about the South Residential Project in Le Duan Street (from Quoc Lo 1 to Vo Van Tan Street).

Mr. Dung expressed his opinion: “Currently, the compensation price for each household is still unclear. The relocation site has not been determined. “The neighborhood has organized many meetings to announce the implementation direction of the project. Many times, there were petitions during the meeting with voters in Phu Tai Ward, but it led to nothing,” said the Secretary of Party Cell of Block 2, Phu Tai Ward.

The total area recovered in the South Residential Project in Le Duan Street is 48,915.4m2 (including 134 households, individuals, and 2 organizations).
