The Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, Vo Tan Duc, has recently signed a decision to establish a working group for land use rights auction in Dong Nai province.
According to the decision, the working group is tasked with creating a list of land to be recovered, annual land use plans for the intended auctioned areas. The group will also be responsible for land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement of plots of land according to the auction plan for each year, each phase, and plots of land belonging to projects for the exploitation of land funds in the vicinity of transport projects in the province, in order to create capital for the development of assets and road infrastructure.
In addition, the working group is responsible for: developing and submitting detailed construction plans at a scale of 1/500 or abbreviated detailed planning, investment decisions before auctioning land use rights according to regulations; reviewing, updating, adjusting, and supplementing plots of land into the Housing Development Program for the period of 2021 – 2030, the housing development plan for the period of 2021 – 2025 and the period of 2026 – 2030 in the province; constructing, submitting plans for auctioning land use rights for each year, each phase, and land plot, and deciding on the auction of land use rights for each plot of land. Resolving difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of other tasks assigned by the People’s Committee of the province.
The working group is led by Mr. Vo Van Phi, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of the province, with the Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment as the deputy team leader and members being leaders of relevant departments and agencies.
