At 7:30 AM, a large crowd of customers was already present, lining up to attend the event.

By 11:00 AM, a broker reported: Nearly 2,000 apartments were matched within 4 hours.

The exact number of matched apartments is still uncertain, but according to information from multiple brokers and representatives of several trading floors, it has been confirmed that nearly 2,000 apartments have found owners.

“Unprecedented! Such a rare sight has never been witnessed, even when the real estate market was at its peak. 2,000 units sold out completely, with customers lining up to sign procedures as if they were attending the Vietnam national football team’s AFF Cup final match,” shared one broker.
