Thuan An Group has been and is constructing in Hanoi including: Thang Long Bridge deck repair project, Vinh Tuy 2 Bridge project (key project); Project building An Duong intersection flyover – Thanh Nien road; Upgrading and widening Nghi Tam – Au Co road (project of An Duong intersection flyover construction project – Thanh Nien road phase 2 – key and urgent project). In which, the Nghi Tam – Au Co road upgrade and expansion project is currently under construction; the remaining 3 projects have been completed and put into use.
Specifically, with the Thang Long Bridge deck repair project, the project was invested by the Vietnam Road Administration – Ministry of Transport, Thuan An Group was one of the project contractors, the project was completed in 2021 and handed over to Hanoi for management and traffic organization.

For the Vinh Tuy 2 bridge project, under the investorship of Hanoi Transport Construction Project Management Board ( Hanoi Transport Board), Thuan An Group jointly with Cau 7 Thang Long Joint Stock Company won the bid and implemented the bidding package number 02, the bid package has a value 289 billion VND; currently the Vinh Tuy 2 bridge project has been completed and put into use in 2023.
In the An Duong intersection flyover construction project – Thanh Nien road, invested by Hanoi Transport Department, Thuan An Group won the bid package No. 12 worth about 100 billion VND; Currently, the project has also been completed and put into operation in 2018.
To expand the Au Co road section from Nghi Tam to Nhat Tan bridge, reduce traffic jams and create synchronization with the infrastructure of Nghi Tam road and An Duong flyover just inaugurated, in 2018 the Hanoi City People’s Committee agreed to allow the investor, the Transport Department, to implement the project to build a flyover at the An Duong – Thanh Nien road intersection, phase 2. The project includes the following main works: Digging the Red River embankment, building a retaining wall to widen Au Co road from Nghi Tam to Nhat Tan bridge, 3.7 km long. The total investment of the phase of the project is 544 billion VND, the construction time is from 2018 to 2020.
However, to date, according to PV Tien Phong , by 2020, more than 3 years, the Nghi Tam – Au Co road upgrade and expansion project is still not completed. At the construction site of bid package No. 40 from Xuan Dieu intersection to Lac Long Quan intersection of the consortium of 3 contractors, including Thuan An Group, it is still messy.
