Chairman of PSH Has Nearly 19 Million Shares Sold in Margin Calls

Mr. Mai Văn Huy – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petro-South Oil Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PSH) has had nearly 18.8 million shares of PSH sold on the floor through forced selling by a securities company, during the period from April 15-17, 2024.

With an average price during the period of approximately 4,600 VND/share, the estimated value of the transaction is around 86 billion VND.

Since the beginning of April, Mr. Huy has had 2 margin calls, totaling nearly 3.6 million shares. Thus, the Chairman of PSH has had more than 22 million shares sold in margin calls since the beginning of the month.

Camimex Board Member Intends to Purchase 3.4 Million Shares of CMM

Mr. Bùi Đức Dũng – Member of the Board of Directors of Camimex Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: CMM) intends to purchase 3.4 million shares of CMM for investment purposes during the period from April 24 – May 02, 2024.

If the transaction is successful, Mr. Dũng will increase his ownership in the Company from 0.025% (24,000 shares) to 3.62% (more than 3.4 million shares).

At the close of the session on April 23, the share price of CMM was 8,800 VND/share. Based on this price, Mr. Dũng will need to spend approximately 30 billion VND to increase his ownership.

Mr. Bùi Sĩ Tuấn – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Camimex and also the father of Mr. Dũng – currently owns nearly 1.5 million shares of CMM, equivalent to 1.56%.

Organization Intends to Divest Entire Stake in ANT

Baby Corn Limited Liability Company has registered to divest its entire stake of nearly 1.8 million shares held in An Giang Food and Vegetable Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: ANT) from April 26 – May 24, 2024, through negotiated and order-matched transactions.

Currently, Baby Corn holds nearly 1.8 million shares of ANT, equivalent to 9.72% of the company’s capital. If the transaction is successful, Baby Corn will no longer own any shares or be a shareholder of ANT.

With the share price of ANT on the morning of April 26 at 9,900 VND/share, it is estimated that Baby Corn could earn nearly 18 billion VND if the transaction is completed.

Baby Corn is an organization related to Ms. Hoàng Ngân Hà – Head of the Supervisory Board of ANT. Ms. Hà is currently the Director of Baby Corn and does not own any shares of ANT (0% ownership).

Previously, Baby Corn had registered to sell the aforementioned number of ANT shares during the period from February 23 – March 22, 2024, but was unsuccessful due to unforeseen market fluctuations. Currently, the share price of ANT has slightly decreased by nearly 3% compared to the beginning of the year.
