The D’.Palais de Louis project was started by Tan Hoang Minh Group in late 2009, with a scale of 27 floors and 4 basements, totaling 242 luxury apartments.

At the time of its launch, it was considered a symbol of super-expensive apartments. The project is located in a beautiful location, near Nghia Do Park, with a direct view of the lake.

The project was launched in 2012 with a selling price of around 13-27 billion VND per apartment, ranging from 120.9 m2 to 260.8 m2.

The project is designed in a classical French and Italian architectural style.

However, the project recently changed its name to Hanoi Signature.
