The People’s Committee of the province assigns the Department of Planning and Investment and the Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone to take the lead, in collaboration with related units, to study the proposals of Hung Thinh Joint Stock Group, guide investors in implementing the relevant investment procedures for the project; and report and advise on matters under the authority of the People’s Committee.
Hung Thinh Group is responsible for providing relevant documents and actively coordinating with the Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone for implementation.
According to the proposals dated May 30, Hung Thinh requested the People’s Committee to consider and approve the research and registration of two proposed investment projects in Nha Trang city and Ninh Hoa town.
In Nha Trang, the company has studied and identified an area in Vinh Phuong ward that is oriented to develop into a new urban area, expanding the city to the northwest. The company believes that this area has potential and is necessary for the expansion of Nha Trang in the near future. The project site is located in Vinh Phuong, with an area of 368 hectares, functioning as a new urban area.

In Ninh Hoa, the company has studied and understood the master plan for the construction of the Van Phong Economic Zone, approved by the Prime Minister in April 2022. Accordingly, part of Van Hung and Ninh Tho communes is oriented to develop into an urban service and residential area in the northeast of Ninh Hoa (Sub-zone 16) within the economic zone. The company believes that this area has potential and is necessary for the full realization of the potential of the economic zone in the near future. The proposed project has an area of 575 hectares and functions as an urban service and residential area.
