In the past two months (June and July 2024), this project welcomed over 800,000 visitors, aiming for 5 million visitors by the end of the year. This significantly contributes to the province’s target of 9.5 million tourists. A positive sign is that the project has already received bookings from over 40,000 South Korean guests for the year-end holiday season.
The representative shared that one of the key projects that Novaland is focusing on completing is NovaWorld Phan Thiet. Currently, the project has finalized the detailed 1/500 planning, with 1,111 products delivered and over 500 villas in operation. More than 100 villas are undergoing interior construction to cater to the high season’s demands, achieving an impressive room occupancy rate of over 90%.
“With the Land Law 2024 coming into effect on August 1, 2024, the project will soon determine the specific land price as a basis for calculating land rent. We are committed to delivering 820 products to residents while completing and operating a new chain of utilities,” said Mr. Bac.
NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a tourism-urban project. In the future, this project plans to develop more new products and services to cater to the diverse needs of visitors seeking enjoyable experiences.

According to statistics, Phan Thiet welcomed 3.4 million tourists in the first half of 2024, a remarkable 48% increase compared to the same period last year. International visitors accounted for approximately 195,000, a 1.5-fold increase. The tourism revenue is estimated at VND 7,900 billion, a 16% surge compared to the previous year.
Looking at Binh Thuan province as a whole, the Provincial Statistics Bureau reported that in the first half of 2024, the number of tourists visiting Binh Thuan reached an estimated 4.58 million (a 5.01% increase compared to the same period in 2023). International visitors were estimated at 234,000 (a significant 91.25% increase compared to 2023), mainly from South Korea, China, Russia, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
As per the Provincial Statistics Bureau, most domestic tourists in Phan Thiet – Binh Thuan during June and July this year were from Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, the Mekong Delta region, and Hanoi. International visitors mostly stayed in the Ham Tien – Mui Ne tourist area, with the majority from South Korea, China, Russia, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
