On August 7, the People’s Committee of Dan Phuong District announced that the district’s communes are coordinating with DVG Partnership Auction Company to organize an auction for the land-use rights of several agricultural land plots for production purposes.

Specifically, in Trung Trau Commune, there will be an auction for the land-use rights to lease agricultural land in Ngu Chu beach area, covering 2,122 square meters. This includes Plot 220 with an area of 1,653 square meters and Plot 221 with an area of 469 square meters.

The origin of the above two plots is agricultural land managed by the People’s Committee of Trung Trau Commune for agricultural production and annual crop cultivation.

The lease term is five years, starting from the date of the district People’s Committee’s decision to recognize the auction results. The land-use form is state-leased land with annual land rent payment.

The starting price is 810 VND/sqm/year.

The application period is from August 6 to August 26 at the People’s Committee of Trung Trau Commune or the head office of DVG Partnership Auction Company (Phung Town, Dan Phuong District). The auctioneer will organize a site visit to the land on August 20 and 21.

The auction will take place at 2 pm on August 29 in the hall of the People’s Committee of Trung Trau Commune.

Several communes in Dan Phuong District are auctioning land-use rights for agricultural land leasing with a starting price of 810 VND/sqm/year.

* DVG Partnership Auction Company is also receiving applications for the auction of land-use rights to lease 14,240 square meters of agricultural land in five plots in Lien Hong Commune, Dan Phuong District.

Specifically, Plot 1 has an area of 1,388 square meters, Plot 2 has 1,464 square meters, Plot 3 has 2,913 square meters, Plot 4 has 7,247 square meters, and Plot 5 has 1,232 square meters.

The origin of these five plots is agricultural land managed by the People’s Committee of Lien Hong Commune for agricultural production and aquaculture.

The lease term is five years, starting from the date of the People’s Committee of Dan Phuong District’s decision on recognizing the auction results.

The land-use form is state-leased land with annual land rent payment. The starting price is 810 VND/sqm/year.

Applications for the auction are accepted until August 27 at the People’s Committee of Lien Hong Commune or DVG Partnership Auction Company. The company will organize a site visit for customers on August 20 and 21. The auction will take place at 2 pm on August 30 in the hall of the People’s Committee of Lien Hong Commune.

* In addition to the above two communes, DVG Partnership Auction Company is also coordinating with the People’s Committee of Lien Ha Commune to organize an auction for land-use rights for agricultural purposes in Lien Ha Commune, with a total area of 46,641 square meters. The starting price for the auction is 810 VND/sqm/year.

The auction is expected to take place at 2 pm on August 22 in the hall of the People’s Committee of Lien Ha Commune, using the ascending price method. The auction will be conducted through direct voting in one round.
