Final Sales Allocation Draw Event
On the morning of August 11, the investor of the NOXH B4-2 Apartment project, Lot, in the Xanh Bàu Tràm Lakeside Urban Area – Saigon-Danang Joint Stock Investment Company, and the BHS Central Business Development Unit successfully organized an event titled “Lottery to Select Objects and Apartments”. The event took place at the project’s sales office in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City, with hundreds of customers present from early on. According to records, even before the official event, a large number of registered homebuyers had arrived early to queue and secure their spots to participate in the lottery.
According to the investor, as the number of registered homebuyers far exceeded the remaining apartments, a lottery was organized to ensure fairness and transparency for customers. The draw was conducted under the supervision of the Lottery Supervision Board, comprising representatives from the Da Nang Department of Construction, the People’s Committee of Lien Chieu District, the People’s Committee of Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, and witnessed by a large number of local people. It is known that this lottery event had 251 homebuyers registered, while the number of apartments in The Ori Garden’s final sale phase was 199. This means that, on average, there were about 1.26 people competing to buy each apartment. As a result, buying an apartment this time will be more difficult than in previous rounds.
At the end of the draw event, all 199 remaining apartments had found their owners. The event was not only significant for homebuyers but also marked a crucial milestone, indicating that all 100% of the NOXH apartments for sale at The Ori Garden had been occupied, helping to solve the real housing needs of Da Nang citizens.

The Ori Garden is recognized as the largest complex of apartments and NOXH in Da Nang, with a total of 10 blocks and 3,358 apartments. Phase 1, comprising a total of 1,549 apartments, was handed over in the third quarter of 2023. Currently, 100% of the NOXH apartments in the project have been occupied, welcoming thousands of residents and creating a vibrant wave of living and trading in the region. Hundreds of households have received the keys to their homes, living, and using shopping, entertainment, and other services daily at The Ori Garden, generating a warm and bustling atmosphere and a civilized community.
