Workers stopped working collectively in the morning of August 22

According to some workers, despite working overtime for 2-4 hours, the company did not provide meal allowances, which is a benefit they should receive for night shifts. In addition, some workers felt that the gifts given by the company on holidays and birthdays were not commensurate with the union fees they had paid…

Upon receiving this information, representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union, Yen Dinh District Trade Union, and relevant authorities immediately went to the company to listen to the workers’ concerns and coordinate with the employer to protect the rights and interests of the workers.
