The People’s Committee of Bac Ninh province recently adjusted its inspection and examination plan for 2024, adding two inspections to be carried out by the Department of Construction to the province’s agenda.

Specifically, the inspections will focus on two social housing projects implemented by the Department of Construction in Bac Ninh. These include the Golden Park social housing project in the Que Vo Industrial Park, developed by Kim Xuong Tri Construction One-Member Co., Ltd., and a mixed-use project featuring social housing, an electronics supermarket, and a retail store in Pho Moi ward, Que Vo town, developed by Kinh Bac Real Estate and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company.

The inspections will scrutinize compliance with policies and laws in real estate business activities, eligibility of buyers, tenants, and lease-purchase arrangements, and management of apartment building maintenance funds.

The inspection period will cover the entire timeline, from the commencement of construction to the announcement of the inspection decision. The inspections are expected to take place in the third and fourth quarters of 2024.

The Golden Park social housing project in the Que Vo Industrial Park spans an area of approximately 6.5 hectares in Phuong Lieu ward, Que Vo town. Developed by Kim Xuong Tri Construction One-Member Co., Ltd., the project entails a total investment of VND 2,900 billion.

On the other hand, the mixed-use project in Pho Moi ward, Que Vo town, branded as Kinh Bac social housing, covers nearly 1.2 hectares. Developed by Kinh Bac Real Estate and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, this project carries a total investment of about VND 305 billion.


Inspecting three land auction projects

Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate has decided to inspect the compliance with laws at three land auction projects in the province. Specifically, these projects are: The Dinh Bang Ward Land Auction Project in Tu Son City; The Lang Ngam Commune Land Auction Project in Gia Binh District; and The Bung and Gia Phu Villages Land Auction Project in Binh Duong Commune, Gia Binh District. The inspection will focus on compliance with policies and laws related to land management, investment, construction, financial obligations, real estate business, and housing. The subjects of the inspection are the People’s Committee of Gia Binh District; the People’s Committees of Lang Ngam and Binh Duong communes; the People’s Committee of Tu Son City and Dinh Bang Ward; contractors; relevant departments and sectors; and other organizations and individuals involved in the three projects.
