The project offers a flexible payment schedule: 10% upon apartment handover and 5% when receiving the pink book (ownership certificate). Additionally, customers benefit from a double incentive of VND 50 million for non-refundable bookings and a discount of up to 6%.

“According to our data analysis, banks are entering a phase of high capital demand, resulting in increased deposit interest rates. This is the best time to take advantage of high-interest rates. The two-year interest-free policy gives me peace of mind to invest my money wisely,” shared Quynh Anh.
