“Vietnam’s Outstanding Female Entrepreneur – Golden Rose” aims to inspire and empower Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in line with Resolution 41 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new context, and Resolution 68 on private economic development. This initiative honors outstanding female business leaders from all economic sectors who have excelled in management, demonstrated resilience, and made significant contributions to social activities. It also encourages Vietnamese female entrepreneurs to uphold Party guidelines, state policies, and laws, while promoting the Vietnamese Entrepreneur Code of Ethics and fostering a culture of business integrity among entrepreneurs and female-led enterprises.
Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Hà, Vice Minister of Home Affairs, and Mr. Đậu Anh Tuấn, Deputy Secretary-General of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, awarded the “Vietnam’s Outstanding Female Entrepreneur – Golden Rose 2025” title to Mrs. Huỳnh Bích Ngọc, Vice Chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group.
